Pl. call customer care on 1800 208 6633.

You can talk customer care into offering you DMP HD addon (Rs. 95), if they don't agree, pl. talk with superior. Normally they agree. 

Sometimes HD access fee (Rs. 175) is offered at Rs. 99/month with 3 month lock in period.

Guys a small doubt, In my Transfer+ when I schedule series recording for a show, it records the first showing at night. I want to record the repeat at noon as I have another 2 shows in record and one to watch in night. How can I do that?

In series record means no miss any episode of your serial. Basically TV channels are repate one serial couple of times n stb box understand that this is new episode n it goes to record

It will record the repeat telecast if there is a conflict during the first telecast. That is if you are already recording 2 shows and watching a third at prime time, and there is a fourth show set for series rec, one of the 3 recordings would get cancelled and pick up the repeat show. However, it's difficult to predict which of the 3 shows set for series rec would skip the prime time telecast. If you are watching a show during that time, it would of course present you with the conflict details so that you can choose what to do.
