My TataSky hd box turns off automatically after 3-4 minutes repeatadly......stb shows green light but i cant operate through remote i have to switch off....and after switch on it works and after 2 minutes its again turn off. Plz help

I also had to replace STB. Paid Rs. 600 total (400 for swap & 200 for visit). STB was only 1.5 years old. Very unreliable..

I am Getting Tata Sky Bangla Cinema sd n HD without subscribing to it , do I need to ask TS CC if it's added wrongly by them ?
