Total no of channels licensed into India - 859

Total no of channels not available on Tata Sky - 208

I think those 121 are double licence like Ex :- star Having Downlinking license from Singapore nd now they are having new uplinking license from noida

No they are not.

If you check the first link I posted, it specifically states that 772 channels have downlinking into India and 87 uplinking from abroad but downlinking into India.

As per new MIB norms, if a channel has downlink from abroad then it can't downlink into India unless it forgoes the first license.

Its not.Some Prominent channels not available include star utsav movies,rishtey cineplex,sony wah,manoranjan tv,manoranjan movies,music express and some hindi movie channels.There are others which are not available on any dth but available on cable.
