I did not see any tamil HD channels corresponding to any base pack. Are the tamil HD channels  free if we subscribe HD access fee Rs. 175 with the base pack price?

You will get Tamil :hd channels if you take Tamil regional add-on & :hd Access fee ...

South Special pack + English Movies Pack + HD access is lowest pack as per your requirements. You will get the hd channels of sd channels based on your base pack & add-on pack...

230+90+175=495 rs per month.

There is some English movie sub packs too no? Like action and romantic comedy? It's cheaper, also in my opinion selecting two or three HD Alacarte channels will be better than add on.
