How to get these channel in dish next HD plz help

Why Dishtv does it. These channels are not available for Dishtv India for a considerable period now.Why should we change anything.Why we are not getting normally these channels.

why I m not getting these channels now?. 3-4 days ago i tried the same procedure and was getting all the channels like news18 india and many more. but now I m trying the same method but not getting these channels. Can anybody help me to understand this.

Lankan TP is blocked but there is one way but currently this trick not working u can watch only dd freedish channels on dishtv but u can't watch same time both channels dishtv & freedish channels.
