How bro, cc told and took advance request for deactivation

Sometimes when we have a ala carte channel and suddenly that channel is added to base packs..Then it get removed automatically.

Once I added Sony Six and after 1 week I upgraded to South Diamond.Then Sony Six ala carte top up was deactivated automatically...
