Getting Message as "Your vc no is deactivated"

Guys,
My VC no. is now got activated after calling cc number 0120-2550000.
(No one picked call cc number - 044 6001 3474..Keep on ringing y'day evening.)
They replied its technical problem from their side.

yes u are correct 044 6001 3474 is not responding properly for past 1 month.

I called them but they saying just go to ur nearest dealer when I went there they told me that u have to talk with cc I've recharge my acc from last 7 days & with this bullsh*t I can't see anything... plz help me out regarding this guys

Talk to supervisor and send mail to nodal officer

Just check whether ur card inserted properly or not especially chip side....
If ok then please clean the chip side of vc card properly
