Grace Hotels Group, the boutique hotel group that is part of the Libra Group has accquired Yi House Hotel. The property is located in the heart of Beijing’s 798 Art District. It will re-branded as the Grace Beijing, according to the company release. The hotel has 30 luxury rooms. Other facilities include ‘Yi House’ that offers modern Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. The company has stated that it plans to expand further into Asia-Pacific in the coming years.
