@Shawl bro..what saini bro is saying seems right to me because my prime focus dish is also not fetching good signal strength in most cases which is annoying. You guys are getting better signal quality than me despite of having smaller dishes(3-4 feet offset).

I think u tried 11366, which did not freeze. That tp is DVB-S
11303 is DVBS-2

DVBS-2 takes twice the power for transmission, than DVB-S tps...

hence its easier to catch dvb-s tps..

in yamal 55e, i catch 11265v which is dvb-s, but unable to catch 11345 which is dvb-s2, both r on d same beam.

exactly...I am getting total 15 fta channels from these 2 tps..

Well... certainly pf dishes have more surface loss than offset ones.
But still 6 ft pf shud score over 4ft offset.

The main benefit of offset dishes is in low elevation sats.. as offset lnb arms make a less acute angle than pf ones.
Hence pf dishes have to go down even lower....

Hmm... i dont use c band lnb.. hence not sure abt its skew..

Try rotating d lnb towards righy.. and check if it increases signal..

Or ill try to give a ss of my lnb position for 55e.

4 ft is too small for odisha...

6 ft can do d trick for u :tup
