Why they can,t design a new logo.

Their application of trade mark tiranga t v was on 23 rd. Then how can change logo from mib... .But by hook or crook Today the veecon have taken the orders from TDSAT to continue in our Name Harvest tv again.the order given by the Tdsat is through by hiding the actual facts.
There was a MOU signed between us and veecon media broadcasting and the same is terminated by them on September 12 2017 and authority to use the trade mark is also terminated.please Go through the facts and please do not allow the political channel to continue in our name and logo which causes damage to The christian community here in india.

Why they are using same logo also harvest tv malayalam is a christian devotional channel..

That's because this channel is probably funded by Christian missionaries.
