Breaking Hathway appoints Sitendu Nagchaudhuri as CFO

MUMBAI: Hathway Cable and Datacom has appointed Sitendu Nagchaudhuri as the chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from 2 July. He replaces Vineet Garg who had resigned from the company with effect from 15 May.Nagchaudhuri, aged 49 years, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant byprofession. He brings withhim more than 27 years of diverse experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Commercial andStrategy Leadership with Fortune 500 MNCs & leading Indian enterprises in diverse sectors like Specialty Chemicals (Navin FluorineInternational LTD, Akzo Nobel &LC.I.); Oil & Gas (BP), Lubricants (Castrol), FMCG (Procter& Gamble) & Infrastructure (KesoramIndustries Ltd).
