Having issues with d2h hd remote

Hi Guys, Does anyone has any issues with d2h hd remote ? Even with light press it skips 1-2 channels and goes to next one. I checked with customer care , they claim there is no issue with the remote. So let me know if anybody had faced this issue and if it was resolved by any chance.

The hardware, the software everything is glitchy in d2h.

even i faced the same last night, when we press for next channels it was going for some other channels without displaying channel number and name, might be some software issues i guess.
