Its not HBO Premier HD channel. He was most probably talking about HBO premium channels in HD i.e. HBO Defined and HBO Hits.

And you also mentioned about two Tamil channels (Sathiyam TV as one of them)... What happened? As per your original non-edited post, these two Tamil channels should have been added on 25-Dec. Today is 31-Dec...
