HD access fee complaint Tatasky HD

Hi Guys:

If we look at the below links, TS should have been revised all the HD channels & its pricing. But still TS is charging us heavily as a HD access fee.
TRAI clearly mentioned that all the operators should apply this revised price within 6 months from March 2017 till Sep/Oct 2017...but still no changes from TS.

By knowing about our courst system, this case will go on for years then...
we live in 2017... when we provide 4G (India is also tested successfully 5G services); when we provide a cheap service for 4G; why not for HD channels.

Yes, this makes no sense.... when you have a HD box, HD channels doesn't require HD access fee.
