i already mentioned that they cant increase the prices of older packs right now as they did so in february 2015. this i came to know from customer care. its not even 4 months yet. price increase probably takes place once in 10-12 months. so definitewly prices will increase but may be between dec 2015-feb 2016. not before that.

I am not saying about regular price hikes. I am saying about the increase in service tax. This will automatically increase the price at least Rs.10 since the new service tax is from today.

i dont think so..i read somewhere dth companies are objecting and asking for waiver from increased percentage of service tax till next financial year. i cant confirm this news but i read it somewhere. so govt might exclude dth from this hike for now.

offers more demanding channels in Platinum HD package!

I can't see clear advantage in Diamond HD pack ....

There is nothing new or attractive about the new HD packages for south gold and south diamond customers, HD package is still a mess and their ultimate aim is to have everybody into south platinum HD.

I personally feel that, discussing these things are totally a waste of time.
Videocon will never introduce an user friendly packages with good channel mixtutres like others...
