Contacted Airtel CC regarding this offer and he had no clue and he was asking what offer and all and When I explained him he asked if I got any message so I said to him saw the ad in airtel home and online and He was like you should not recharge it only who got message should do it blah blah...

Weirdly I'm seeing TN package in self care not AP.

How can I activate it?
