M Tunes

Also add DD HD in launch list.

Mtunes hd & Itv Choice hd not remove in list because channel not got Shutdown only licence cancel.

When the said channels obtain fresh licenses then you can add them it in the upcoming list. Now it will help in reconciling with hd channels added on various dth platforms better. Rest it is upto you.

And remove ITV Choice HD. Gssran hasn't confirmed it is still operating.
