iconcerts HD is a ppv channel launched by RDTV in the year2012 .its get removed after 6 months i think

Need to bifurcate the list into channels already launched and expected to be launched.

NHK World and Trace Sports are launched abroad, have license from MIB but have not yet launched in India. They can be put in the to be launched category.

Property Now is an SD channel. None of the articles state that it will be launched in HD also, so please check.
