HD channels problem in my HD box

I newly purchased a Dish True HD box but don't know what is the problem I am unable to watch HD channels and getting only SD channels even though I am using Monoblock LNB & signals are also full. SD channels of 100.5 East are also working but on HD channels are not working. Anyone seen similar problem in any HD reciver? :skd

what error does it show. Is it no signal or not subscribed error. If no signal then realign the dish as told by Biswajit Bhai or for next one you need to refresh your pack

U cannot check my VC because my VC is international data base VC and not of India. Just tell me what could be a possible reason of this thing?
