HD Customer Must Subscribe 2 HD Channels (now it's in new activation only)

After 1M free preview they can choose
2HD/ 11 HD/ 18 HD channels with base pack(hd channels included in base pack)

Could you please tell me what's this 11 HD thing is? 2 HD I understand will be the HD channels a customer should have, and 18 are all HD channels, but what's 11 HD channels? I have that myself but I never quite figured out what package is that! HD Lite?
