Activated. All 51 channels including hbo, mn2 and le plex were already selected by default, all I had to do was press the confirm button.

Only miniplex hd not included(ofcourse it won't be!). Other than that, unable to find which channels are excluded.. But everything available and needed for me is added..

1. No. You don't need to remove anything. It will automatically get replaced.
2. That only Cc or nodal team can confirm.

We need someone from Tamilnadu to verify the count in 225 pack. I am guessing it will be 53 for them. As iphifi bro said, the region specific channels might be there in this pack. And that is why it was showing 52 channels to me. The missing image could be Gemini HD in my pic.

Firstly, Airtel has only created 3 regions ROI, AP and TN (no other region)

I have activated 22hd channels @ rs.180. With Sun Tv, Sun Music & Vijay HD Channels
