how can i add m tune SD?

i am confuse to see i can't add mtune sd. in mytatasky.com no option
to add this channel as cart le (rs 5/-). i use dhamal mix pack.
if anybody add this channel in this pack then help me.
if i send sms then they cut the amount but not add this channel (previous experience).

First ensure that your box is mpeg 4 compatible. Then go to your self care web portal and add said channel if unsuccessful then ask CC to add it. It's so simple.

If u are using MPEG4 Box, call Cc to add this Channel.

It has not appeared on self care. Even when you go to channel no 665 it shows to send an SMS. But that is also not working. I got it activated by going to my account -then support-then chatting. Even then they kept on confusing me between Mtunes HD and SD. Right now chatting is the only way.

kuch to problem hai. tatasky update site very first. but in this case they not updated.
