I think this should be asked in general discussion sections

But anyway,this will be a solution for your question

You can easily downgrade your package using Videocon d2h Infinity application else by using your online d2h account

And surf to downgrade package option to downgrade your existing package

Even you can raise request to downgrade your package in customer care also.

Note
If you are in any special offer period with you existing base package

At that time you cannot downgrade your package by using online portal or by mobile application
