How to add a lakarte channel?

Dear Friends,

I have subcribed Gold HD tamil combo. If I try to add a single channel (Jaya plus), It asks for Rs.1 along with NCF Rs.153. IF I proceed, I afraid that I only will get NCF channels and jayaplus (Will it remove my base pack Gold HD tamil combo?
