Seeking Help How to Ask Tata Sky for This Task?

Guys

Here is my problem:

Recently I purchased a new Tata Sky HD connection. Now I want to install a splitter near LNB so that 2 wires can be connected. One wire for one room and second wire for other room. The reason behind 2 separate wire is my parents want to use same Set Top Box with 2 different TV sets.

Now my question is how can I make a request to Tata Sky for it? Will they allow it to happen? What should I tell them?

Why you want two wires from lnb for same stb.
If u use same stb both tv will have same channels tuned at a time.
U need separate stb for watching separate channels...
