Just for your suggestion: Why you always write like AM,vid?? Can't you take some more sconds to write write I am and Video...!!! It will improve your english writing quality too and easy to read for all... Moreover you are a student so if you do it like a habit then in school papers you'll face problems(i have experienced myself, so don't want to see you again with that problem so waring as my brother..)

Regarding to the subject.

Pause the video & press print screen button & paste it in power point & resize as u want & click right button & click save this picture & save it on pc.

you can also press shift + PrtSc Button
and open paint press Ctrl + V and Resize or Edit it and then save and upload
its common and requires no third party software for it
it can be done with any windows computer.
