How to create a Customer ID & add RTN ?

Hi There,

I live outside India and brought a airtel set-top Box via a friend. my friend has just took the box from the dealer and handed over to me without any Customer ID or RTN attached to it. Now I only have the VC number and unable to subscribe / recharge without the customer ID / RTN . Box is showing ERROR 14. :wall

It would be greate if someone guide me how to get a Customer ID and register a mobile number. I can arrange a Indian Number for registration.

You have to call the cc and they will ask your vc number. Then they will create your ac and activate it.
