How to done Recharge of RS 1

Friends Reliance giving me a offer on my new sim card on first Recharge 500mb 2G and Local and Std calls at Rs0.25 per minutes In only Rs1 but I dont know how recharge with this less offer price and also also local dealer not recharging my numbwr with this less amount of Rs 1

Try to recharge online if local dealer not recharging with less amount. For online recharging you can use sites like freecharge and paytm.
