I am recently Purchase dish hd box , while checking i am found av port in box . i am connect with av cable but i am not get any signal in my tv . i am check with other box av cable is ok . what is problem. i am contact customer care . they don't know about this .

Any way to connect ?

Now Video is OK but sound is not coming

No Audio or Sound but Video or Picture Display is OK


1. I am having Dish TV Setup box truHD

2. I am having Sony LCD TV, this TV working fine. I checked both output from my above setup box (HDMI & AV )

3. I am having one more Smart TV (TCL Brand) This TV has the above problem, No Audio or Sound but Video or Picture Display is OK
I Checked from Setup box only output from AV )

It means the problem is not in stb or AV cable. The problem is in audio section of your TCL tv. Contact with your TV engineer.
