You want to reset the box settings or format HDD?

Both are separate settings and available on Installer set up menu.

Press Organiser button -> Go to System Settings -> Press 0 then 1 -> Select button and the menu will open.

I want to format my hard disk. But I can not.because my box want pin code but I can not remember .how can I format my disk? Please help me.

Contact customer care and they'll reset the PIN from server side.
