How to get a Firmware Update for Satellite Box 1111

Hi,

I have been a Videocon d2h subscriber off and on since June 2012.
MY STB got updated last somewhere in Feb 2015.

The OS on my Satellite Box 1111 (SD - STB) is R767 - Download ID 8.

I do experience freezing in quite a few SD channels and they automatically
reset to the startup screen (download %) and it defaults back to the home channel.

I have tried calling the Helpline asking for a firmware update. They told me to
leave the STB on for a while, but nothing has shown up. Their ETA was 10 min.

What is the latest version for the Satellite Box 1111 ?

I am thinking of calling them up again.

I too have the same issue. I called cc and they said to leave stb on for 20 min. And nothing happened after that. When I tried calling them no one is recieving my calls and the automated voice begins to play.
