there's a correction bro. 8 ft C band dish doesn't cost that much. It's available for Rs.6000/- only from a Punjab based dish firm, through online purchase. Shipping charge will cost around Rs.800-1000/- only maximum. So the total expense will be Rs.7000/- max. The installation won't be a big issue, anybody can do it by their own.

bro, all the Malayalam FTA channels are available in C band. the majority are in 66E Intelsat-17, one channel (News18 Kerala) alone is in 68.5E Intelsat-20. The manorama group channels (Manorama News, Mazhavil Manorama SD & HD) are in 83E INSAT-4A. All these 3 satellites can be covered in a single C band dish antenna (8 feet), you just need 3 LNBs for that.
