how to pay HD access fee

I am currently on super gold pack.. I am unable to watch HD channels,
According to package details I have to pay HD access fee 125 pm to avail HD channels .. I am unable to find any option regarding HD access fee in their website. .
Please help

You can select this from add ons. Login to videocon D2H my account and select this from add on page.
