Seeking Help How to recharge Sun base pack using Sun direct balance?

I have Rs 200 in account balance in sun direct but when i try to recharge,it is asking money from bank account. pls help

Call customer care. You can't do anything in Sun Direct without contacting their CC. It's like Cable TV. You have to contact your Cable operator for each and every change.
