Airtel have encoded these videos with specific software.

we can record videos using PCI card and screen capture softwares.

but as M@zh@R bhai told, its illegal to record/save/transfer videos to ur PC or any devices other than the STB. All content are copyright protected.

u can use any company internal capturing video card for recording on PC.
in this case u have to see channels on ur pc and then record it.

Yes The Recording is Possible with STB BOXES which have Audio/Video out or RF-OUT to give Video in to Tuner card of PC.

Yes The Recording is Possible But from Those STB BOXES which have Audio/Video out or RF-OUT means any sourse from which we can get Audio/Video. The Recorded contents are not Illegal untill you sell them. means you can't use them for business purposes.For your own personal viewing is not Illegal..
