Seeking Help How to watch JIO TV on televsion on

Few of my suggestions.

Since you mentioned normal TV, you need to first check whether it has HDMI ports and not just usb ports as Firestick connects via HDMI port.

Secondly you need a stable internet of bare minimum 2 mbps or higher the better and i suggest check for internet connection in your area who provides internet without FUP mostly local guys provide, however check within you area about the downtime of the connection, anyone with above 95% is always good without FUP.

Thirdly once you have firestick you can use jiotv app as listed by other members however note its not so smooth experience compared to mobile jiotv.

lastly its debatable to use kodi on firestick - i leave this option to you whether you want to install and use it.

If you have a windows desktop / laptop..
Bluestacks 4 + jiotv mod by binu.. Can run on any internet connection.. Just need a jioid/pass. Just pointed you direction.. Rest you can Google/YouTube

MTNL Fiber I have no information, though i have used mtnl broadband and its not recommended for online streaming. I have local fiber connection at my place it works 98% uptime.

I am using jio tv app for tv in my amazon fire stick from March 2018 but the issue is new channels are not available to that Dec 2017 update app. Can anyone provide updated link of that ?

I’m currently using firetvstick setup with JioTV sideloaded and it works like charm must say.
Things you need-
1. HDMI port with both picture and audio support on your TV
2. Fast broadband connection (above 4mbps better) can be from any provider. (I’m personally using 50mbps Hathway connection)
3. JioTV Android TV app (you can search this exact keyword on google to get the app)
4.ES explorer both installed on your firetv stick and on your android phone for moving the downloaded app from phone to the firestick.
5. Install app from ES explorer and play.

Have you tried using the JioTV Android TV app, it’s an older version of the app which was built for Android TV.
