Ku Band satellites in South India
(1) ABS2 -75°E - English gospel channels FTA
(2) GSat9 - 97.3°E - Bhutan Broadcasting Service Free To Air channels ( known as PES Free Dish)
(3) Eutelsat 70b - FTA Arab channels including MTA HD channel.
(4) GSat8 - 55°E - Telungana Government educational FTA channels.
(5) AzerSpace 2 - 45°E - One Free to air Simhala kids channel available
(6) GSat 3 (Edusat) @ 74 east Victers Malayalam channel,
(7) DD Free dish GSat 15 @ 93.5 east
(all these satellites (from 1 to 7), I tried and confirmed coverage in Kerala)
(8) Bangabandhu -1 -
(9) Express AM7 40 °E heard that these satellites (8 & 9) have coverage in Kerala, I tried but NO signal received

2feet dish antenna with c band lnb. If possible any FTA channels in south India

Possible with scalar ring Feedhorn in Asiasat 7 @105.5°E. But only 2 channels are available and that too freezing and pixelating all the time. If you have 90cm or more size Ku band antenna, you will get all the C band channels with scalar ring LNB.

Hai three sat getting signals from ABS 2 at 75.0°E ,3C/4CR at 74.0°E ,DD free DTH and AzerSpace 2 - 45°E.thanks for clarifying.

The Intelsat-38 satellite located in 45°East position is called as AzerSpace-2 only for the Transponders allotted to the Azerbaijan client of Intelsat. For the other customers including the Dialog DTH of Srilanka, its called as Intelsat-38 only. So technically its the Intelsat-38 which u you received.
Regarding Tamil channels, no FTA available in that broadcast from 45E
