They will give this type of offers, if you are subscribed to any long-term pack like annual pack or your connection is deactivated since more than 3 months.

I am subscribed to semi-annual Ultra.
Mine expires tonight. I guess no point waiting for tomorrow if it has to be more than 3 months.

Don't wait for offer . You can get offer only in one condition that you have other dth (Airtel/dish TV) connection so you can wait for at least 3 month

Yesterday my annual discounted pack expired, and today tata sky give me amazing annual pack offer.

sports dhamaka pack @2700+
my current bumper pack @3600+
ultra pack @4200+ rs
but sad I am unable to recharge this week and offer expires on december 2nd.
