In this, they should give atleast 2 english news channels,2 english movies channel,and atleast one sport channel like star sports3 or ten sports and also 2 kids channels like disney and pogo

No chance bro. Already they are providing channel pacakage at such low price. I'm sure they will not provide all these channels in package. But you can choose ala- carte package and get all your channels around 250 I guess.
