His area is clear from terrace, moreover, his near to beam and is using fiber dish.

he is not near to d beam..

I think he is from moradabad... very close to delhi...

but yes fibre dish makes a difference, moreover his 4 port inverto lnb is gud...

mine inverto is not that gud, i m not satisfied by its performance..

Yeah, black inverto is not much fruitful. Delhi is last location of periphial signal he lives just little upper.

moreover 2 other factors are there:

1. my box is SOLID, his is linux based...

2. the length of wire is more in my case, terrace on 8th floor, my house on 5th... cable runs for 3 floors... :s
