This is the disconnection notice from TV18 and ETV to independent TV aka BIG TV. It says that these channels will be discontinued within three weeks from this DTH due to non payment .

I think as per new Trai tarrif order. There is no subscription fee required for channels addition, broadcasters will get subscriber based amount from operator. Please correct if I m wrong
