Is independent tv owned by reliance? Then why will india cast send notice to its parental company

Independent TV is not a part of Reliance group.

Independent TV is not a part of Reliance group.

It is..just not on papers technically. They just spun off few months back to avoid all these legal issues that were aware to them at that point. They did it intentionally to save from any legal hassles and no accountability of Reliance Communication.
