I read that TRAI made some changes in rules. One of the new rule seemed to suggest making HD access fee illegal. I also remember that the DTH companies had 6 months to comply with the ruling. The DTH companies challenged this. In May, high court madras make a decision.
Beyond this I can't find any concrete info.
Has anyone heard or know anything about this ?
