Is this thaicom tp?

I have been getting 11170H30000 tp near apstar 76e, though lyngsat lists this tp as one from thaicom with IPM package, but I only get one south indian test channels on this tp in frozen mode with timer. Wondering if it is really thaicom?? If it is where are IPM channels.

This tp is from the SouthAsia beam of Thaicom-8 sat. Two Tamil channels - Vasanth TV & Polimer TV - are found in this beam for the last 2 months doing test runs. Sometimes TPs change, sometimes 720p and sometimes 240p picture quality signals come. Last 2 weeks, it's showing a frozen screen of one channel. Nobody really knows which dth company is testing this Sat.

Now no channels in this tp but signal is 70 percent
