But that never work for me they keep on hold all the time get lucky to talk to CC through online chat. U have VideoCon do u able to talk to CC via online chat ?

Ya now a days it is hard to get connected...Need to try from 9am...than might get connected in few tries only

I tried several time if they are going to give us such a rubbish online support then better close it as it is better to call on toll free help line number because it will save a lot of time but in Tata Sky case I salute them for offering such a wonderful online chat support for the customers
