Finance minister Arun Jaitley has made it clear that he will give interviews only to Doordarshan and will not do channel-hopping after the General Budget.
The minister also said he would not go separately to various chambers of commerce for post-Budget discussions. He has asked the chambers to organise a common meeting.
Commerce Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has been entrusted with the task of explaining the Budget at all other forums.
