Bro, what he is saying is, to click the Report button so it will reach the forum team and you can comment in the report asking the team to close instead of commenting in the thread as one of the reply which is unnecessarily increasing a post in forum's database. So, use report buttons whenever you want to say something to the team regarding any thread/post/member.
