Can we expect a last minute change in the RIO with respect to the revamp of Sports18 channels? Sports18 3 which is now a Tamil channel is available only in Telegu bouquets as per the proposed RIO. Also, Star Sports First, upcoming Kannada channel (revamp) is currently included in HSM bouquets.

Since people doesn't opt for many unpopular channels, they are making compulsory opt so that DPO's can give in base pack.
