To get this HDAF @ 99 per month for 3 months (it's not 99 for 3 months, total 297 in 3 months), first you need to drop your current HDAF pack.
But as you have Dhamaal Mix HD annual pack, you can't drop it before 1 yr completion.
You can have a try by contacting senior CC officer.
