go for it, u can watch hd chs in ur normal tv , it will b in great quality but hd sharpness/resolution will not b there and even sd chs would b in better quality than in sd box

I upgraded from SD to HD on April 11th 2013. what is observe was due to the sharpness the HD channels are looking very good. But in SD channels especially in fast moving scenes pixelation is clearly visible.

Yup, in SD generally it happens. In old CRT model TVs 720i SDTV style those looks fine. This why HD is designed to make those crystal clear in LED/LCDs. :k

ya in some channels pixalation is there but if you reduce your tv sharpness (for LCD and LED tv) and judder reducer then pixlation would be minimised ..but it would reduce the sharpness.
